CAFFA Scholarship CAFFA is pleased to invite incoming College Students to enter our Essay Contest in order to win an Educational Scholarship. This $1500 tuition scholarship will be awarded to one graduating high school senior student, who has been accepted to a 2- or 4-year college for the 2013-14 school year. This award is intended for students who have grown up in adoptive or foster care families, in the Chicago area. The application must be completed by May 31, and the recipient will be notified by the end of June.
