Andrew Adesman, M.D., is a professor of pediatrics at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hostra/Northwell. He completed The Adesman Grandfamily Study in 2016, a nationwide survey of more than 700 grandparents raising their grandchildren. He is the author of Baby Facts and co-author of Parenting Your Adopted Child and The Grandfamily Guidebook: Wisdom and Support for Grandparents Raising Grandchildren.
